Dr. Dylan Booth was born and raised in the suburbs of Northern California, where he met his high school sweetheart and now wife, Allison. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry, Dr. Booth practiced in both private and corporate dental settings across Los Angeles. During this time, he saw firsthand how impersonal care could leave patients feeling overlooked—an experience that shaped his commitment to providing a more personal, relationship-based approach to dentistry.

Seeking advanced training and a broader clinical foundation, Dr. Booth completed a prestigious residency at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, one of the nation’s oldest and most respected teaching hospitals. There, he gained extensive hands-on experience in implant dentistry, root canals, crowns, fillings, and dentures, treating patients with a wide range of restorative and surgical needs.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Booth continues to advance his skills through ongoing education and professional certifications. He earned his Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI) in 2019, recognizing over 100 hours of specialized implant training, and has since achieved his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD)—an accomplishment earned by fewer than 6% of dentists nationwide. He is now pursuing his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), one of the field’s most rigorous advanced credentials.

Dr. Carl Christiansen was born and raised in a close-knit town in Idaho. The first in his family to attend college, he earned his undergraduate degree from Boise State University before graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2002.

With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Christiansen has developed a deep appreciation for delivering dentistry at the highest level while recognizing that every patient has unique needs and motivations. He often says he treats his patients the same way he treats his family—with honesty, respect, and genuine care. By taking the time to listen and understand what matters most to each person, he creates treatment plans that align with their goals and support their long-term oral health.

Dr. Christiansen provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge work, implant restoration, oral surgery, TMJ treatment, and root canal therapy, allowing him to offer a full spectrum of care in one place.

Outside the office, Dr. Christiansen enjoys spending time with his wife, Amelie, and his children. His daughter, Keiran, is about to graduate from the University of Oregon and has interests in the arts, while his son, Noah, is a sophomore at the University of Oregon who enjoys fitness and outdoor activities. Dr. Christiansen especially values time spent with his family, exploring nature, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Dr. Brianne Nem was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, where her introduction to dentistry began early. With her mother serving as a dental assistant in the same practice for over 30 years, she essentially grew up in the office—developing a natural comfort in the environment and a deep appreciation for patient care. Those early experiences sparked her interest in oral health and inspired her to pursue a path that blends science, artistry, and a dedicated commitment to helping others.


She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care. Dr. Nem believes every patient deserves a comfortable, informed experience and values education as the foundation of long-term oral health. She takes time to explain treatment options clearly, empowering patients to make decisions that align with their goals and lifestyle.


Dr. Nem provides comprehensive general, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on building lasting relationships and maintaining healthy, confident smiles. She is also passionate about community outreach and regularly volunteers her time to provide dental care and education to underserved populations.


Outside the office, Dr. Nem enjoys exploring Portland’s diverse food scene, playing tennis and pickleball, practicing piano, and reading. She also loves visiting local bookstores and staying active in the community that shaped her.
